Great Experience with the Just One Body team. My initial appointment really explained the process and Kieran took the time to actually get to know me (not just my injury!) I felt like I could ask all the questions I had and the osteo was really approchable. I was referred on to a great sport medicine Dr for MRIs and the good communications between the practitioners ensured everyone was one the same page and ultimately got me back to being a better and more sustainable runner than before in a really supportive way! The virtual appointments also worked really well to check in and plan next steps without having to take time to get into the clinic.

He then set out a rehab plan that was not only aimed at treating the problem directly, but also to make my body as a whole more robust to help prevent the injury reoccurring. I had ongoing issues with finger pain stemming from climbing too hard and Kieran had been highly recommended from many people. Starting with the initial consultation, he was able to pinpoint the source of my pain and with a mutually agreed rehabilitation plan, encouraged and supported me in achieving outstanding results. This was all carried out in a safe and professional manner at Vauxwall East clinic. Although I'm sure i could have found an excellent osteopath much nearer to where I live, I am convinced they would not be as knowledgeable as Kieran for my specific ailments and as such would not hesitate to recommend him for any climbing related injuries.

Kieran is a great attentive practitioner who has helped a great deal with a long standing neck issue and more recently knee pain. He spends a lot of time going over all issues you have in trying to understand and then prescribe suitable course of action along with links to videos that help demonstrate exercise techniques as part of a rehabilitation plan. I have found a lot of relief following a first time visit to see an Osteopath, and hopefully, no discredit to Kieran, don't have to visit again too soon! Really highly recommended along with extremely reasonable fee pricing structure and appointment availability.

As I get older, sports-related injuries are becoming more & more frequent, and take longer to recover from. Kieran has helped get me back on my feet faster a number of times now.
